Spark Change Challenge Survey 2: Individuals

ABOUT THIS SURVEY

This is the second and final survey of the Spark Change Challenge.

The first section of the survey is a duplicate of the first survey that you completed previously. The purpose of this section is to gauge any changes that may have occurred in your community in relation to the SDGs. The questions are based on the United Nation's indicators for the SDGs, and some questions may not be directly relevant to your project. Please answer these questions to the best of your ability. We are looking are interested in your opinion of these issues.

The second section of the survey is about your project. This is where you can tell us about your activities and impact. You will also be invited to enter your project in one or more of the seven categories for the Spark Change Awards.

We estimate that it will take between 20 and 40 minutes to complete this survey.

You will need your unique Spark Change entry number to complete this survey. The number was included in the email that directed you to this survey. If you have any queries please contact Sinead Vaughan at [email protected].

GDPR CONSENT

Spark Change is a project funded by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and run by The Wheel, supported by Trinity College Dublin.

We are requesting your contact details and project information as a part of the Spark Change Challenge project.

Depending on which SDGs your work focuses on, you may also be asked to answer questions of a sensitive nature. These questions relate directly to the indicators for the 17 SDGS. The purpose of collecting this information is to enable The Wheel and Trinity College Dublin to carry out research on the level of participation with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at community level in Ireland. We are interested in your opinion.

You do not have to supply your name or personal detail to complete the survey. (You will use you are issued with a unique entry number). A record of your contact details and unique identification number will be stored separately from your survey responses and will be password protected. This will protect your identity and ensure the survey responses are anonymised.

We will only use your contact information for the purposes of communicating with you on relevant matters. We will not share your information with any third party except to the extent they are processing information on behalf of The Wheel and where we have an agreement in place with that third party processor.
